Hayley ReardonAt the age of 17, Hayley Reardon is already a knowing troubadour. About her latest release, Blurt Magazine writes, “Wayfindings makes it clear that her stardom is all but assured.” American Songwriter Magazine refers to “Numb and Blue,” the lead single off of Wayfindings, as “a melancholy little masterpiece.” With a voice that is distinctively rich and a contemplative sincerity in her songwriting, Reardon has far more in common with Patty Griffin or Lucinda Williams than many of today’s young pop singer/songwriters, boasting a lyrical and melodic weight far beyond her years. $10 Suggested Donation

Our local musical jewel performs Broadway hits and pops. The Greenfield Military Band began in 1904 when the City of Greenfield appropriated $700 to begin a Town Band. It is now recognized as being in the top 2% of the oldest continuing community bands in America.

Don & ChristineLeave your worries at the doorstep and join Christine Lavin and Don White as they present a night of comedy unlike any other, The Funny Side of the Street: A Night of Brighter Laughter. Since 2008 these two veteran performers have brought their unique brand of clean and hilarious musical comedy to audiences across the US proving night after night that comedy can be smart, friendly, and breathtakingly funny without being vulgar or pejorative. This is a show for anyone who wants to laugh, whether it’s a group of friends or a family gathering, and feel good on their way out of the venue. $15 Suggested Donation

17 - Saturday: John Putnam Fiddler’s Festival Noon 4:00 pm.
Bring your fiddle, guitar, banjo, bass, harmonica or other instruments and join informal jams. Seasoned and beginner musicians welcome. Old-time, Appalachian, Irish and more. Bring chairs or blankets.

OCTOBER

2 - Sunday: 3rd Annual Franklin County Out of the Darkness Walk 9:30 am - 1:00 pm.
Presented by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Community Walks are proof that when people work together, they can make big changes. With 200,000 people walking in 350 cities across the country, the walks raise awareness for suicide prevention as they raise the resources needed to carry out their mission.
